Using the workspace
You are responsible for the references, prompts, and other material you upload. Keep account access secure and use the workspace only for lawful work that you have permission to create and process.
Credits and access
Credits, character slots, and concurrency are the limits shown on the pricing page and in Billing. Credits expire according to their grant. A preview purchase is a simulation and does not charge money or create a payment-provider receipt.
Generated results
Generated results can be inaccurate, similar to other work, or unavailable when a provider is unavailable. You must review each result before using it. No plan promises exclusivity, a particular style, a particular model, or a particular commercial outcome.
Draft notice
This policy is prepared for local review. Operator identity, governing law, production service levels, payment-provider terms, and a final notice process are still required before launch.
