What the app stores
The app may store your account and session details, character names and notes, uploaded reference assets, generated assets, jobs, credit grants, ledger entries, orders, and subscription state. These records let the workspace save progress, enforce limits, and show billing history.
Email sign-in
Morrow is operated by an individual. When live email sign-in is enabled, Morrow processes your email address to request and verify a one-time six-digit sign-in code. Resend is the configured email delivery provider for that request; a request being accepted by the provider does not guarantee delivery to your inbox. Cloudflare provides the live application runtime, account storage, and private media storage.
Uploads and retention
Uploads and generated assets are private to your workspace. Generated versions remain available in the workspace for 30 days. After this access period, stored files are not automatically physically deleted from Cloudflare storage. A saved character's main reference remains available with that character. Extra characters enter a 30-day read-only period after a capacity reduction. You can remove individual creations or start account deletion from Billing. Download anything you want to keep first.
Image processing providers
Morrow uses Kie.ai to process reference images and prompts for live image generation. Waffo Prompt Sift screens text prompts before generation. SeeAPI also reviews prompts, reference images and generated images as part of the safety workflow. Each provider receives the content needed for its processing or review. This notice does not make a promise about provider training or deletion practices.
Payments
Waffo Pancake provides hosted checkout and payment processing. It receives the account identifier, contact email, selected product and order reference needed to process and reconcile a purchase. Morrow receives order, payment, refund and subscription status to manage access and credits. Complete payment-card details are entered on the payment provider's checkout and are not stored by Morrow.
Sharing and support
User uploads and creations are not published in a public gallery. The homepage shows separately labelled concept artwork and approved examples. A support request may include the message and the order ID you choose to provide so the request can be investigated. Morrow is operated by an individual. Optional website analytics
If you allow it, Google Analytics measures visits to public information pages and confirmed purchases. Its browser tag uses first-party analytics cookies and identifiers and can receive browser, device and request information, including an IP address as part of the network request. We keep a limited first and recent traffic source for up to 90 days, link it to your account after sign-in, and save a source snapshot with an order. This helps us understand which channels lead to purchases. Confirmed payment reports include an anonymous transaction identifier, product, amount and currency; automatic renewals are identified separately. We send no email, uploaded image, prompt, full query string or payment-page address. The browser analytics tag runs only on public information pages. Google may process analytics data outside your country under its privacy policy.
Your analytics choice
Optional analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting it does not affect sign-in, generation or purchases. We remember the choice for 180 days. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page to change it. Withdrawing clears this browser's source record and analytics cookies and, when signed in and connected, stops pending account analytics reports. It does not remove information already sent to Google or historical order source records. Order records remain with your account until deletion, subject to payment-record retention requirements. If browser storage is blocked, your choice may last only for the current page or session.
Advertising
Morrow does not currently display third-party advertisements. Allowing optional website analytics does not enable advertising or personalized ads.
