A balance you can follow
Your balance combines unexpired credit grants. Each grant shows its source, remaining credits, and expiry date. Credits that expire sooner are used first. A standard generation or edit costs 4 credits, and downloading an existing image is free. Jobs reserve their cost before they start and settle only successful images.
Monthly allowances and purchased credits
Creator includes 100 credits each month, up to 25 standard images. Studio includes 300 with monthly billing or 400 with annual billing. Annual plans are billed upfront, while credits arrive monthly rather than all at once. Subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly grant period. A separate $4.99 pack provides 20 credits valid for 12 months, plus 3 character spaces for 90 days.
Stay in control of renewal
After signing in, manage renewal in Billing and keep your current subscription access until the paid period ends. Plan changes are scheduled for the next cycle. Purchases continue to the payment provider's checkout; opening checkout alone does not grant paid credits or subscription access. If a payment or a result needs attention, use Help to submit a request tied to your account and order.
